Delivery Information

Deliveries on spend of £100.00 or over are free on standard 3-5 days deliveries. Please note on all our dispatches our handling time can be up to 2 working days (Excluding Weekends and bank Holidays). This means that it can take us up to 2 days to pick, pack, and dispatch the products to you, however where possible we can ship the good the same day or next day but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us before ordering if you need a faster delivery. Returns are not free and you must purchase a tracked service to return goods should you wish to retrun any goods that you've purchased from us. Please note retruns for refunds are only accepted if the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt of goods and are compliant to our Returns Policy.

Standard UK Delivery is FREE when you spend £75 or more. On orders under £75, delivery is £3.99

3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail for all our standard deliveries and a signature is normally required. Alternatively the parcel may be left in a safe place and a card will be left detailing location.Weekends and Bank Holidays (UK)Please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery to any destination.

Place your order by 12pm Mon - Thurs for 24 hours delivery. Please note 24 hours delivery is from the date of dispatch not from date of order. Our Minimum standard handling time of 2 working days will still apply on all our orders even if the order is placed for the 24 hour delivery. Where possible and most cases, we ship on same day of order or next day and our couriers aim to deliver the next day within the Mainland UK addresses, however this is not always possible. This means 24 hour delivery can take upto 1-2 days plus order processing day.
Bank Holidays
(UK)Please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery to any destination.Please be aware that orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.Orders placed between Thursday 4pm - Sunday 1pm will be delivered on Tuesday, excluding bank holidays.UK 24 Hours Delivery is not available to the following postcodes and destinations:

If this is not possible your shipment will be held for up to 12 days and a delivery card left advising how you can collect your parcel from your local Post Office. However during peak times such as Christmas, delivery times can be longer than standard. We do not guarantee any shipments would reach you within these indicative time frame.

Refunds & Returns

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure the packaging is secure. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We advise you make sure you are happy with the fit of your product/item before removing any brand labels from the garment. We accept returns for 14 Days for UK customers and 30 days for overseas customers after the order date. Please note returns aren't free and you will need to buy return postage.
It is important you buy a tracked service and send us an email with the tracking number if possible. We may ask for the tracking number to validate your return. Failure to provide us with the return post tracking number may invalidate your return and we may refuse to refund. This is important specially in case of an item lost in transit that you sent back to us for an exchange or refund. If we have not received the item and you cannot provide us with the tracking number, we will not be able to help in finding your parcel or processing an exchange of a refund.

Hermes Parcel Collection Return Service

Visit the Hermes Parcel Return website to buy and print your returns postage label. Select when you’d like your parcel collected, complete the required information. Print off your label and affix it to your parcel

If you'd like to exchange for a different size, contact us to reserve your item in the right size and follow the return instructions to return your unwanted size. We can only offer this service for UK orders at present.

It can take 5 working days to process a return after we have received your item.. Once we have processed your return we will send you an automated email confirming this. Please then allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear back onto your payment card or into your account.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right to only offer you an exchange for the same value as of your original spend AND NO REFUND. If your purchase needs to be returned to you, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.

Due to hygiene reasons Top Hats, Hats and Underwear are excluded from our Returns Policy and cannot be Returned or their purchase Refunded.Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

UPlease use your local Post Office to return items back to us at your cost. We recommend that you opt for extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. MENSWEARR cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post, therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.
